Can I use the oil on wet hair?
Yes, our hair oil products can be used on wet, damp, or dry hair. For best results, we recommend applying the oil as a wash-out treatment before shampooing, rather than leaving it in as a leave-in conditioner.
What is the shelf lift of your products?
For optimal results, we recommend using our products within 2 years of purchase. To extend the shelf life, store the products at room temperature and make sure the containers are tightly sealed when not in use.
How long do I keep the hair oil in my hair?
To use, apply your desired amount of pumps to the roots, lengths, and ends of your hair and/or beard. For best results, leave the oil in for at least 20 minutes or even overnight before washing it out with shampoo.
Do Earths Blends products contain artificial fragrance?
No, all of our products are made with 100% natural ingredients and are derived from essential oils.
Do your products contain any sulfates, silicones or parabens?
No, our products are free from sulfates, silicones, and parabens.
FAQs
My order has still not arrived. What do I do?
Once your order is complete, we will process and dispatch it within 2 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment. Delivery is typically estimated to take 3-5 business days from the time of dispatch. Please note that during high-volume periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day, delivery times may vary slightly. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at care@earthsblends.com and we will do our best to expedite delivery.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
All sales are final. However, you may cancel or edit the delivery address of your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase. Once your order has been marked as dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
My bottle arrived damaged. What do I do?
If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at care@earthsblends.com. Keep the original packaging and inform the delivery company to file a claim for damages. Please take photos or video of the product as evidence.

What countries do you ship to?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the UK. Follow us on social media (@earthsblends) for updates on when we expand our shipping internationally. We also offer next-day delivery for a flat rate of £3. To qualify for next-day delivery, please ensure that your order is complete by 2PM on a business day. If your order is placed after 2PM on a Friday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.
What is your returns policy?
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us at care@earthsblends.com within 14 business days of receiving it. We'll do our best to resolve any issues and offer a refund or exchange as long as the products are returned in their original, resellable condition. If the issue was our fault, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, we're unable to refund any shipping fees. What can I do If I have not recieved my confirmation email?
If you haven't received a confirmation email for your order, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us at care@earthsblends.com and we'll help you out.
